Briarcreek Community

Located in Newark, Delaware an over 55 community (20% of the homes available for those under 55.)  Our carriage home community is close to downtown Newark and the University of Delaware.  Our residents enjoy the open areas of the gazebo, ponds, and the City of Newark Coleman park located adjacent to the community. 

We support community activities such as wine events, progressive dinners, a book club and other events through the year.
