About Briarcreek

Our community is located just a few miles from downtown Newark and the University of Delaware.  We are an active adult community consisting of 28 luxury carriage style homes.

Our residents enjoy the open areas of the gazebo, ponds, and the City of Newark Coleman park located adjacent to the community. 

We support  community activities such as wine events, progressive dinners, a book club and other events throughout the year.
